Subaru of Santa Fe: Exceptional Service and Care for You and Your Vehicle

Ted, the service manager, assisted me with my tire that was constantly losing air. Joe in Service assisted as well. While they were resolving the problem, I was advised that a dog park was on the property. My dogs were with me and we all immensely appreciated the Subaru dog park. Within 30 minutes, my tire was repaired as a tiny nail had caused the issue and it was plugged. Ted and Joe were incredibly helpful. Both were communicating with me about the process. Service provided was fast, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for your help.

Thank you to Subaru of Santa Fe! I'm in from out of town and needed to have part of my back bumper re-attached with clips as a temporary fix until I'm home and can do the full repair. They took care of it quickly and didn't charge me for the service. I have been driving Subaru cars for 15 years now and I appreciate their service and dependability.

I live out of state but in the last couple of times while I was in SF i have had to go to the SF subaru to check on a few things. All their staff is very knowledgeable. Professional and check your car throughly. From check in to check out it was easy and fast. I appreciated Joe ready to me what was done and what i should look out for i the future. Esperanza was also professional. I would recommend the Santa Fe, NM service department. I also appreciated that the work done on my car was done in a timely manner.

Everyone at this dealership is absolutely outstanding. They are so kind and welcoming. I've been here several times with my daughter, and the entire staff makes us feel so welcome. I never have anxiety about coming in because I know it'll be a great experience!

I really am very pleased with the service overall. However, I do wish to comment on something. The last time and this time that I physically injured the service department it was as if I was invisible. There were four men and one woman sitting at the desk, she was busy with a customer yet she appeared out from behind the customer and told me, thank you for being here somebody will be with you in a moment, and then she went back to a customer. The four gentleman never even acknowledged my presence. Ever! She told me to stand in front of a specific young man. he actually checked in a car. They arrived behind me. When he was done, he again never acknowledged that I was standing right in front of him. I told the young man that my car was in line out there and then he asked me why I was here. I told him for servicing. At that point he was very pleasant with me and handled the situation very professionally. I would suggest a little Customer Service training to please acknowledge the customers when they come through the door. All of those gentlemen were on their computers and chatting with each other and chuckling about things that I could not Hear. It's always disheartening to be treated as if a customer is invisible. Initially, that is exactly what I felt like. But I still wanna give a 10 for overall satisfaction. Thank you for your service.

I had a great experience at Subaru of Santa Fe. Everyone I spoke to from the moment I arrived seemed to be very kind and attentive. Right away it felt like I was in a place that would take good care of my car. Victor Diaz was the person I worked with. He was very nice, and went above and beyond to help me understand the issues I was having with my car. Unfortunately it needed more work than what I had initially come in for which required more time and attention. Because of this, he was kind enough to lend me another car while mine was being worked on. I feel confident that I went to the best place possible to have my car worked on. When I picked my car back up I noticed right way the improvement in the way it handled. I felt like my car was in good hands at Subaru of Santa Fe. I would definitely reccomend them.
